With the holiday season finishing up, starting my second to last semester in grad school, and feeling slightly under the weather for the last few weeks, I definitely haven’t been able to be at the gym as much as I would like. Some days are better than others but I’m just not feeling 100% most days and my body tells me it needs rest rather than time at the gym. Right now, I am honoring what my body needs and not stressing too much about the gym 😌 BUT, I’m getting all prepared for when I am back to feeling 100% to start progressing more towards my #gymshark66 goal 🦈 Ethan and I developed my leg day routine with my end goal of 10 squats at 95lbs in mind. We used the Russian Squat Routine to gradually increase my weight on squats and hip thrusts!
