Brown rice pudding: πŸ‡ 1 cup of sprouted brown rice, rinsed and poured into a medium sized pan with 3 cups of water. πŸ‡ bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender. πŸ‡drain rice and add back to the pot with 1 cup of mylk, 1/2 cup of raisins and 1/2 cup of maple syrup. πŸ‡ let it simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid has absorbed. . . .
