Smoothies? I add them into just about everything! . . . Chia pudding: ๐Ÿ‡ 1/4 cup of chia seeds to 1 cup of mylk. ๐Ÿ‡2 T of coconut yogurt. ๐Ÿ‡ 1 T of maple syrup or to taste. ๐Ÿ‡ natural food colourings to colour and layer the pudding. . ๐Ÿ‡ leave overnight or at least an hour.
