It's sunday! And I'm mentally prepping school bags and clothes and lunches tomorrow. 🏫🍐🍅🍞🌮. Ready for monday?! 🙈🙊🙉.
🍪 1 cup of oats.
🍪 1 cup of flour.
🍪 1/2 coconut sugar.
🍪 1/2 cups walnuts.
🍪 1/2 cup of cashews.
🍪 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.
🍪 2 T of flaxmeal.
🍪 1/2 T of cinnamon.
🍪 1 tsp of baking soda.
🍪 1/4 tsp of xantham gum.
🍪 6 T of coconut oil.
🍪 1/4 cup of almond milk.
🍪 2 T of blackstrap molasses.
🍪 2 T of agave syrup.
🍪 3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips.
🍪 1/3 cup of raisins.
🐵 warm oven to 350°f. 🐵 in a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.
🐵 in a second bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
🐵 add wet to dry and fold in raisins and chocolate.
🐵 press into mini tart pan and bake for 12 minutes. .
Chocolate filling (makes a lot so modify).
🍫 3.5 cups of raw cashews, soaked in hot water for 30 mins or soaked overnight.
🍫 1 cup of cacao powder.
🍫 3/4 cup of agave syrup. 🍫 3/4 cup of coconut oil. 🐵 blend in a food processor and then pour onto your baked tarts. Place in fridge to set.
